I seldom get to shoot Malay Weddings, this is one of the rare chance i guess, they are more interesting than I’ve imagined. The couple are considered royalty for the day, and so various royal customs are executed for them, including musicians playing court music and ‘bodyguards’ performing a display of Silat (traditional Malay martial arts) as blessings to the couple.
